Coralus Shapeshifters
Event description
Are you a shapeshifter, shaping yourself AND/OR the system you’re working within?
We’re bringing together Coralus shapeshifters, or wanna-be shapeshifters, to expand our vision of what might be possible, to challenge our assumptions, and to support us to be bolder! We’ve chosen the term shapeshifters to reflect how shifting our ways of being and operating can and are shifting systems.
In a series of 3 conversations, we’ll inquire into, and explore, if, and how, the current systems are blocking our creativity or limiting how we operate. We’ll listen in and surface the group’s wisdom on how to step up and beyond the blocks. We’ll experiment with innovative practices that help us and our teams work in ways that are more aligned with our values.
Be part of a series of conversations, a Coralus community of inquiry, practice, and challenge to upscale your ability to shapeshift or simply strengthen your capacity for it.
What: In these conversations, we will….
- Network with other Coralus members who identify as shapeshifters in a peer-peer learning environment
- Be inspired, challenged, and supported to keep shifting our shape and shifting our systems
- Explore what might be hampering you
- Gain new perspectives or ideas on changing systems
- Share resources
How: We will come together in a facilitated space hosted by Wicked Elephants. WIcked Elephants love working with interactive processes to facilitate connection and wisdom sharing. Some methods may include - Circle practice; Storytelling and listening, playfulness, visualisation, embodied practices, small group reflection, connecting with others, and theory bursts.
Why: Because some of us find the systems aren't working, or liberating, and get inspired by the courage and actions of others!
What if: Imagine a murmuration, the tiny movements that shift the flowing shapes of flocks dancing on the collective wing. Imagine the grace, elegance, the flow, the sensing of the whole, the tiny movements that shift systems. Imagine if you could master that…what could flow from that?
