FDE’s annual production is back, and this year we ask, what lies beneath the surface? What drives us, connects us, challenges us, and makes us who we are? Our 2026 Production explores these questions through 11 original pieces, each telling its own story. Through movement, every piece asks the same question: what is at our core?

FOOD & DRINKS:
There is no bar at the theatre - you cannot purchase food or drinks at the venue.
Ida Bar (Level 1) is open on Friday till 9PM (not open on Saturday).
No food or drink allowed inside theatre.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Union House and the Arts and Cultural Building are wheelchair accessible via lift on the Ground and 1st level. Hearing assist systems and infrared pendants are available to be collected from the Box Office before the performance. If you require any other accessibility needs please contact us at productionmanager@flaredance.com. The Union Theatre is Level 2 of the Arts & Cultural Building. The Arts & Cultural Building is located within the University of Melbourne Parkville campus on the corner of Monash Road and Porters Lane. More information on how to get there can be found here.
