Corner to Corner Crochet Scarf Making Course - 3 Classes
Event description
In this course, you will learn how to crochet a beautiful scarf using the corner-to-corner (C2C) technique. This technique is easy to learn and can be used to create a variety of projects, from scarves to blankets.
Our experienced instructor will teach you the C2C technique in detail, and you will have the opportunity to practice your skills during the class. We highly recommend having some crochet experience for this class, knowing how to slip stitch, single crochet and double crochet.
By the end of the 3 Day course, you will be able to crochet a beautiful scarf that you can wear with pride. You will also have the skills to create other C2C projects, such as blankets, afghans, and dishcloths.
This is a 3 Day course that takes place Wednesdays Oct 18th, 25th, Nov 1st at 6:00pm. Participants must bring their own yarn and crochet hook. Four skeins of yarn of your choice, different colors. Or, alternatively, you can use scraps of yarn leftover from other projects. Bring a crochet hook of appropriate size for your yarn.
Our experienced instructor will teach you the basics of C2C crochet, including how to:
- Chain stitch
- Single crochet
- Double crochet
- Work in rows and columns
- Change colors
By the end of the course, you will have:
- Learned the basics of C2C crochet
- Created your own beautiful and unique scarf
- Gained the confidence to crochet other projects
This class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to crochet or who wants to improve their crochet skills.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS
This class is available to take either:
- In Person at our Shop at 547 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair, NJ 07042
- Online Virtually on Zoom.
IN PERSON CLASS
In Person Class session takes place at our shop located at 547 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair NJ. Participants must bring their own yarn and crochet hook. Four skeins of yarn of your choice, different colors. Or, alternatively, you can use scraps of yarn leftover from other projects. Bring a crochet hook of appropriate size for your yarn.
VIRTUAL CLASS
Virtual Classes take place online using Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link.
APPROPRIATE AGES FOR PARTICIPATION
This class is appropriate for Teens and Adults to participate in. Participants must be at least 13 years old or older and can work independently. If a participant needs a caretaker or parent to assist with the project the assisting person does not need a ticket.
CLASS PARTICIPATION
This is a Live event. Participants must attend on the scheduled date and time of the class in order to partake. There is no recorded session available for replay. It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact us prior to the event if they are unable to attend for any reason. If we as the Organizers need to reschedule an event there is no rescheduling fee, and participants will be notified of any changes.
CANCELATION & RESCHEDULING
Participants are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted 7 days in advance of the class date. Participants who submit a request 6 days or less in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or an opportunity to apply credit to a future class. If participants cancel the day of the class or do not show up during the class time they are ineligible for a refund.

INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION
If you live outside of the United States there is an additional fee to ship DIY kits. Participants are responsible for any duty fees, customs fees, or any additional fees associated with receiving their DIY Kits. If a participant chooses to get a DIY Kit it is the participant’s responsibility to make sure their country can receive packages from the US.
