On July 6th at 6:30pm, immerse yourself in Holland Road's gin-sprirational story as Terry, the visionary behind Holland Road's meticulous gin-making process, takes us through a tasting of their exquisite signature gins, each paired with a tapa from our kitchen.

Paying homage to the ancient art of gin distillation and creating medicinal tonics from plant-based ingredients, Holland Road Distillery craft award winning gin. Taste four delicious local gins, delicately infused with methodically steeped and macerated botanicals, from locally produced organic teas, wines, honeys and fruits to create truly unique gin with a contemporary twist.
