Corporate Giving Masterclass: Designing the right volunteering program

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Every CSR Manager sets out to create the ‘best’ volunteering program for their organisation, in order to maximise their collective impact. With over 78% of companies having volunteering programs in place, ensuring their success is key. However, this success rate varies and is rarely attributed to a lack of desire, effort or budget. It is also simply more than reverse engineering what you’ve seen or heard elsewhere.

Join Victor Lee, Communiteer’s CEO, to discuss and analyse the different factors that attribute to an organisation’s readiness and appetite for a corporate giving program.

We’ll be sharing some of the recent trends seen in corporate volunteering, and how these will help determine the ‘maturity’ of your existing program. We will also be providing practical steps for CSR Managers to research, design and implement a simple corporate volunteer program that best suits your organisation’s needs and mission.

Why attend?

After attending our Masterclass, you will be able to walk away with a better understanding of how you can conduct a self-assessment or how we at Communiteer can help, by offering a more thorough assessment. This assessment will, in turn, provide a deeper understanding of the success of your corporate volunteering programs, and how they can be improved.

About our speakers

Victor began his career as a consultant in HR, change management and governance, and operated in the intersection between CSR and staff engagement. His experience revealed the importance of cross-sector collaboration and shifting the way we leverage resources from a scarcity mindset, to one of abundance.
