Booking your next Corporate Volunteering experience at our not-for-profit community farm is a wonderful way to increase your organisation’s social impact while bolstering your reputation within the community, building cohesive teams and developing staff skills. With so many teams adjusting to returning to the office after an extended period of remote work, there’s no better way to reconnect than getting offline and outdoors.

Bringing your team for a day at the Farm makes an enormous difference to the community and benefits each participant on a personal level. Our unique, hands-on experiences provide teams with opportunities to grow social connections, develop confidence and new skills and build professional networks, all while earning the deep satisfaction of hands-on community work.

And, of course, it’s fun!

Your Day

Corporate Volunteering experiences at the Farm are invaluable; you are uniquely placed to tackle large jobs that could otherwise take the Farm weeks or months to complete.

Farm work is physical, outdoors and sometimes dirty. You might be unloading a delivery of hay, helping set up for a fundraising event or getting stuck into the gardens. The list of jobs is endless!

You’re also very welcome to explore the Farm during the free part of your day. If you arrive in advance of your session, just let the Reception team know you’re attending as part of a Corporate Volunteering group.

Depending on whether your team prefers a morning or afternoon booking, you can expect the following:

9:30 am or 1:00 pm Arrive, drop waivers at reception, visit the Farm Cafe

10:15 am or 1:45 pm Meet your guide and get stuck in!

11:45 am or 3:15 pm Pack down, receive a big thanks and take a group photo

12:00 pm or 3:30 pm Eat at the Farm Cafe or go explore the Farm

You’re very welcome to bring food for a team picnic either side of your session, or save the effort and reward yourselves with an order from our friends at the Farm Cafe!

Cost

$175 plus booking fees per participant, including GST. We have a minimum purchase of 8 places; for groups of 30 or over, please contact our front-of-house team at reception@farm.org.au to setup a specialist booking
