Cosmic Cowboys and the Incognitos / Recepts / Redstar and The Folklore at The Cave Inn

Thursday's Psyche will bring a night of eclectic sounds and genre bending tunes.

Greg Eales, is the jocular irreverent Cosmic Cowboy, fronting The Incognitos: a collective of 5 brilliant musically gifted misfits. They don’t seek awards or accolades, they just love to play and pull the audience into their vortex.

Groove psyche rockers Recepts will bring their energetic and ethereal vibes to the stage, playing songs from their Artificial EP and a growing collection of original material - all striving to bridge the spaces between perception, identity and human existence.

Redstar is an alternative band delivering an eclectic blend of indie rock, pop, folk and blues infused with touches of funk, grunge and progressive influence. Their sound shifts effortlessly between intimate, heartfelt moments and powerful, driving anthems, creating music that is both emotionally honest and sonically expansive.

Fronted by vocalist Rebecca Redstar, the band combines evocative storytelling with a distinctive vocal presence, exploring themes of love, fear, resilience and self-discovery through songs that are as vulnerable as they are powerful. Known for engaging live performances, Redstar has captivated audiences both in Australia and internationally, including a tour through Tokyo. Their latest single, "Fear," continues to showcase the band's evolving sound, blending indie folk and rock into a compelling reflection on vulnerability, courage and growth.

Doors for the show will open at 6pm - 10pm close

The Cave Inn itself will be open from 5pm for pizza and drinks. There are a range of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian food options, along with low and no alcohol beverages available. 

Please, no BYO food or drinks.

The Cave Inn is an 18+ venue, with minors welcome accompanied by parents.

It is fully accessible, with friendly bathrooms and no stairs to enter or climb for a view of the stage.
