To understand your body in a new way through movement and dance. Every woman is welcome here, regardless of ability, age, etc. We All can move. We All are allowed to move. And most importantly as women, we deserve to show up and move how we want to.

Dance in many cultures has been a healing process to awaken and open the body. In our circle, we believe that movement is not only medicine but a gateway to self-expression, empowerment, and healing. Each month, we intertwine the energetic themes of astrology and the full moon with the freedom of dance, creating a powerful fusion that nourishes both body and soul

What's the plan for the evening? 

Welcome to the Cosmic Fire Dance Awakening on the 2nd of August! A women's circle like no other! This circle is NOT your average gathering; we embrace the magic of dance, and harness the power of astrology and the full moon energy bringing forth a unique theme each month, that allows you to express and explore different facets of yourself. 🌙✨💃

This month's theme is inspired by Full moon in Aquarius and Leo season. 

The theme of this event revolves around the captivating spell of the Full Moon in Aquarius and the fiery brilliance of Leo season, the cosmic energies align in a mesmerising symphony of transformation and empowerment. As the moon bathes us in the visionary essence of Aquarius, we are urged to break free from convention, embrace our uniqueness, and forge authentic connections that transcend boundaries. Meanwhile, the radiant presence of Leo empowers us to ignite the spark within, unapologetically shine our light, and embrace the fullness of our divine essence. 🔥🌟 In this cosmic embrace, we are called to dance, dream, and explore the depths of our souls. 

Embrace the dress code Red - symbolizing courage, strength, and unapologetic self-expression. Let your inner fire shine bright as we unite in sisterhood, celebrating authenticity, creativity, and empowerment.

We will begin the night with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, a traditional ritual to honour the sacred cacao plant and open our hearts to love and connection. Then, we will move into a Full Moon Ritual, tapping into the potent energies of the Full Moon in Capricorn, to release what no longer serves us and setting our intentions for the future.

You will then be guided through dance and movement practices that will awaken your feminine sensual soul. A dance experience set to fiery and sensual music, inviting you to intimately connect with your body and emotions but also express your inner lioness and most confident self. Each step, each gesture, and each sway will be an expression of self-discovery and self-expression, allowing you to explore the depths of your being.

To conclude, you will be gently guided through a calming breathwork and meditation where you will have the opportunity to ground yourself and integrate the experiences of the night. Then immersed in sound healing to clear any remaining stagnant energy in our bodies to receive deeper wisdom and clarity and topping off with a nourishing practice to integrate and close the container. 

Whether you are an experienced dancer or a complete novice, this moon circle and Dance Awakening is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, explore your inner world, and embrace your full potential.

This is a Full 2 hour transformative journey that focuses on how we see, love and nourish our bodies through movement and connection with others and our Self.
