Cosmic flow

Join us on a dance journey within, using movement as medicine. Come along, be yourself, have fun, move stuck energy. 

All experience levels and abilities welcome. There is no choreography, there will be guidance at the beginning and end of the session to help you connect more deeply with the body, assist with inner processes and inspire creative movement. This is a judgement free environment to explore movement (kind of like ecstatic dance!) 

No shoes, no phones, no alcohol. Just a loving space to dance and move freely. 

Wear something comfortable to move in and bring a water bottle.
