Come away feeling enriched, relaxed, empowered, fully grounded , open for transformation, and rested.
Bring your Self, your tent or sleeping vehicle, your dress ups, and essentials ! That's all!

Alcohol & Drug Free Zone
Smoking only by fire pit - collect butts in a can and remove from site
No monetary exchanges or costs throughout the 3 day Gathering
Kiwi Sanctuary - No dogs or pets allowed, no exceptions
Respect for Nature and Each Other.
Zero Waste - bring your own plate, mug & cutlery - a rubbish bag to collect and leave no trace consciousness.
Food scraps can be left in white food Bins for the animals please - they will love you forever!
BRING WITH YOU :
Bio degradable type showering, Dish wash products only.
Bring sun tan lotion, bug spray, any medications. Yoga mat / cushion to sit on / blankets
Spring water infusions are included, please bring your coffee & favourite herbal teas if desired.
Rain poncho or coat - hopefully no rain lol
head torch - with red light function if you want to go kiwi spotting in the forest at night
Dress ups or any creative expressive clothing you feel like bringing is welcomed.
Bring all your musical instruments INCL. hand drums & shakers, any craft materials, your drum !, face paint equipment, any resources for your pop up workshop/circle or other offering !
We have tressel tables for any art classes.
Anything you wish to place on the collective Altar space - we would welcome some oracle or other card decks please and CRYSTALS to admire !!
Wi Fi/ Cellular Signal, is best with Vodafone, in HQ only, or other sim cards use dedicated Hot Spot in HQ ( 2 mins short bush walk from venue area)

Adult full Entry : $95 + BF*
Under 5 yrs : Free
5-12 yrs : $ 25 +BF*
13-17 yrs: $ 60 + BF*
18+ : $ 95 +BF*
AT THE GATE ON THE DAY : $ 110/ kids & youth same price as below

ALL ticket holders will receive an email 4 days before Retreat begin, via the Humanitix email mail out service: the exact address and directions / Visitors Agreement to cover natural hazards on the land/children being supervised by their guardians/parents etc.
EXTRA NIGHT : $20 Adults per night / $10 children per night - 7yrs and older.
CAN be arranged on site - bring cash.

Opening Ceremony 2pm or could be 3pm (depending on fluidity of people arriving : this is where everything that is desired
to happen is co created and planned / also housekeeping /

weekend eg Food & Cooking Zone / Workshop Zone / DJ Zone / Live
Music Zone / Forest Stage Zone / Healers Zone / PLEASE NOTE: these are
examples only, as it is an organic compilation of the co creation on the day, co-
created and agreed upon by all voices present.
Closing Ceremony : 4-5pm or earlier depending on flow.. Sunday 26 Nov / those who wish to stay another night or longer, please read about Extra Nights, above.
