Super family friendly 👩‍🔧👨‍🔧 - kids can unplug and enjoy the tree house, the touch animals on the upper terrace, explore the forest and river, suspended rope play hammocks, create some art .. and much more..build a little Earth tribe with the other kids!

COSMOS events are our fully co created gatherings - kept very affordable - the exchange is to contribute during the Celebration - pop up circles, short workshops or relaxed talks, music or dj set, jamming, demonstrating a healing process or offering some healing sessions, or help check the toilets/kitchen area for cleanliness, hang up decorations or help feed our pet animals on the upper terrace away from the venue space… any creative offerings welcomed.

ALL ticket holders will receive an email 4 days before Retreat begin, via the Humanitix email mail out service: the exact address and directions/ Visitors Agreement to cover natural hazards on the land/children being supervised by their guardians/parents etc.
NOTE: The organiser has subsidised part of the Humanitix standard booking fee for you as a NYE gift. X

Camping and plenty of space for sleep vehicles
bring your own food - on platters please - to share for NYE feast
Bring own beverages -
Own plate, mug, bowl and cutlery - we have washing stations
free spring water and spring water infusion drinks
Dress ups, musical instruments, face paints, art materials if you wish, and any resources you need if holding a workshop, offering healing demonstrations, dj decks!

Smoking only by fire pit - collect butts in a can and remove from site
No monetary exchanges or costs throughout the 3 day Gathering

Kiwi Sanctuary - No dogs or pets allowed, no exceptions

Respect for Nature and Each Other.

Zero Waste - bring your own plate, mug & cutlery - a rubbish bag to collect and leave no trace consciousness.
Food scraps can be left in white food Bins for the animals please - they will love you forever!

Cash based, bring some cash should there be some hot beverages for sale etc

BRING WITH YOU :

Bio degradable type showering, Dish wash products only.
Bring sun tan lotion, bug spray, any medications. Yoga mat / cushion to sit on / blankets
Bring all your musical instruments, any craft materials, your drum !, any resources for your pop up workshop/circle or other offering !

Bring your Dress ups, face paint or fun hats, however you wish to express your authentic Self! Favourite Dressing gown.. or ball gown.. lol 

We have tressel type tables for any pop up art classes

Wi Fi/ Cellular Signal, is best with ONE sim card ( was Vodafone), in HQ only, or other sim cards use dedicated Hot Spot in HQ ( 2 mins short bush walk from venue area)
