  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Prepare your Cosplay at Ballarat Library’s Maker Space!  

Use our 3D printers, sewing machines, overlockers, the Cricut®, and heat press to perfect your cosplay in time for PopCon 2025, Ballarat’s annual pop culture convention to be held on 28 September.  

These sessions will provide you self-guided access to the Maker Space to develop your project. A staff member will be on hand to provide some technical assistance if required.  

Please note - because of the limited space, bookings are required. However, attendees may come and go as they please during the 3 hours. Before attending Cosplay Catch-up attendees must complete a Maker Space Safety Induction. For those who could not complete this, a short Maker Space Induction will be offered at the start of the session.
