COTA WA is running a free information series tailored to Western Australians over the age of 50. A range of topics relevant to older people will be covered, including: 

Navigating Stages of Life – Understanding the ups and downs of ageing and how to prepare for them. 

Life After Work – Exploring opportunities and overcoming challenges in retirement. 

Superannuation and the Costs of Ageing – Financial planning, housing options, and preparing for unexpected expenses. 

Making It Legal – Protecting your rights with wills, enduring guardianship, and other key legal tools. 

Preparing for End of Life – Ensuring wishes are documented and nothing is left unsaid. 

Wellness and Healthy Ageing – Practical steps to stay healthy and stave off age-related illnesses. 

    This series will take place over one day:  Thursday, 29th May 2025, 9:30 AM to 16.30PM 

    Complimentary morning tea and a light lunch will be provided, with plenty of opportunities for discussion and questions. 

      All attendees will go home equipped with valuable resources and tools."
