As we approach Race Relations Day 2025, let us recommit to the ongoing journey toward a racially equitable and Te Tiriti led Aotearoa for everyone. Creating an environment where everyone thrives and becomes their most empowered selves requires courageous leadership, and Courageous Conversation™ precedes courageous leadership. Our unique Protocol™ enables people to engage in a conversation about race that is honest, positive, and uplifting, calling people into conversation, rather then calling them out. Join us to discover tools and develop strategies that transform beliefs, behaviours and results.
