Courageous Conversation™: Leading for Racial Equity Workshop

We pay respect to the traditional custodians of the lands we live, work and walk upon, and to all Elders past and present, as we seek to support Indigenous peoples in their struggle to achieve authentic equity.

Join us for a workshop like no other and begin your transition from “diversity management” to authentic racial equity.

Our unique Protocol™ enables people to engage in a conversation about race that is positive, connected and uplifting, calling people into the conversation, rather than calling them out.
