Courageous Conversation™: Leading for Racial Equity Workshop
Event description
We pay respect to the traditional custodians of the lands we live, work and walk upon, and to all Elders past and present, as we seek to support Indigenous peoples in their struggle to achieve authentic equity.
What does Authentic Equity and Inclusion look like?
In the lead up to Close the Gap Day (March 20th) and International Day Against Racial Discrimination (Harmony Day, March 21st), we invite you to join us for a workshop like no other and begin your transition from “diversity management” to authentic racial equity.
Creating an environment where people of every race and ethnicity can achieve at their highest levels and become their most empowered selves requires courageous leadership, and Courageous Conversation™ precedes courageous leadership.
Our unique Protocol™ enables people to engage in a conversation about race that is positive, honest and uplifting, calling people into the conversation, rather than calling them out.
Discover tools and strategies that transform beliefs, behaviours and results. Shape an environment that unleashes the type of creativity, problem-solving and productivity that all organisations aspire to, creating dynamic, empowered teams that achieve extraordinary outcomes.
The workshop will be held on Wednesday, 12 March:
9am - 11am (QLD) / 10am - 12pm (VIC)
Hosted by Courageous Conversation South Pacific Institute® and Intersect Global Partners
