Courageous Conversations: Supporting Collaboration at Every Level

Working in partnership is a corner stone of delivering successful outcomes in employability. Whether that is through working collaboratively to shape strategy, with or between delivery providers. You could even say partnership is how we work with the people we are here to support.

Successful partnerships rely on our ability to talk about the uncomfortable stuff rather than avoid it, and to do so in a way which builds trust and relationships rather than blowing them up. 

This is, of course, much easier said than done!
