Join Holly Smith, mindfulness practitioner, for a six-week guided mindfulness course for bladder condition sufferers designed to help you cultivate relaxation, manage stress triggers, and develop self-compassion. The sessions will focus on practical tools to reduce overthinking, improve self-regulation, and support emotional wellbeing.
Each one-hour weekly session will include guided mindfulness practices, reflective exercises, and group discussions in a small, supportive setting (maximum 15 participants). This course is ideal for those looking to build resilience, let go of stress, and develop a deeper understanding of how mindfulness can support both mind and body.

One ticket covers all 6 sessions and a separate zoom link will be sent for each session.

Her work focuses on making mindfulness practical, accessible, and deeply compassionate, helping individuals manage stress, regulate emotions, and improve overall wellbeing. Holly combines evidence-based techniques with a strong focus on kindness and self-acceptance.

The course fee helps cover essential costs, including Zoom hosting, Holly’s expertise, and the time she dedicates to delivering the sessions. Holly has also kindly agreed to donate a portion of the course income to BHUK, helping us continue our work supporting bladder health sufferers. To ensure a high-quality experience and personalised support, the course is limited to 15 participants. Holly is also running two 1.5 hour webinars which are free to BHUK members and just £10.00 for non-member sufferers.
