Vaccinations are now being rolled out across Australia with the government promoting it as a critical control for the spread of the virus in the general population. This becomes a key consideration for health and safety in the workplace and raises a number of questions;
Are vaccinations mandatory in some businesses?
Can you make vaccination mandatory?
How do you manage workers if some of your people do not wish to be vaccinated?
