Cowell Clarke's 2026 National Agribusiness Summit

We are pleased to invite you to Cowell Clarke's 2026 National Agribusiness Summit, a half-day webinar designed for accountants, advisers and other professionals working with clients in the agribusiness sector.

This year’s program will provide practical insights into a range of current legal, tax and commercial issues affecting agribusinesses and their advisers, including:

• family trust elections and the specific issues that can arise for agribusiness groups;

• the pivotal role of accountants in supporting modern, high-performing agribusinesses;

• Australia’s foreign investment approval framework and its application to agribusiness transactions.

We are also pleased to be joined by guest speaker Michael Bagshaw, founder of Bagshaw Agri Advisory and a highly respected agricultural finance specialist. Drawing on more than 20 years’ experience advising primary producers and agribusinesses, Michael will explore the important role accountants play in helping agricultural businesses improve performance, manage complexity and plan for the future.

The Summit will be hosted online on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, with sessions presented by members of Cowell Clarke’s Agribusiness, Tax, Property and Corporate teams. The program is intended to provide current, practical guidance supported by relevant examples and industry experience.
