Knowledge Share: Worth, Boundaries and Brave Conversations
We're welcoming Jesca Chapman, founder of Tea & Coach, for a practical 45-minute session exploring self-worth, setting boundaries and navigating uncomfortable conversations with confidence.
We'll explore the assumptions that make conversations difficult, how to communicate what we actually need, set boundaries without over-apologising and handle pushback.
You'll also learn Jesca's CLEAR framework and have the opportunity to prepare and practise one real conversation you've been avoiding.
Because sometimes the hardest part is figuring out what to say.
Meet Your Hosts + The Community
Hosted by Ash and Em, Ember Lounge brings working women south of the river together through conversation, connection and community.
Our coworking days are designed to balance productivity with genuine connection, without awkward networking activities or the pressure to be constantly social.
But as with all Ember Lounge events, this day is about more than just the content.
You’ll also experience:
💬Real conversations with other women in business
🤝Genuine connection without the pressure to pitch
✨A welcoming, inclusive community
👥Space to learn alongside women running very different businesses, at very different stages
Whether you're coming alone or bringing a business bestie, you'll find a welcoming space to work, learn and connect with women who get it.
