    Event description

Kiewa Catchment Landcare Groups invites you to join us and landholders Daniel and Belinda Suffern for a morning of planting along Back Creek. Help us recreate and restore the native, riparian vegetation and habitat along this beautiful waterway. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with your family and local community, learn about some of the plants native to our area, make a positive impact on our local environment and have fun!

So, join us in supporting biodiversity, protecting our soils, enhancing our water quality and be a part of a bigger project to create a healthier, connected landscape.

Everyone is welcome! We will be hosting a BBQ lunch for all those attending.

No prior experience is necessary, and all ages are welcome to participate. We will provide all the necessary tools and equipment and take you through the process of planting. Just come dressed in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle.
