Annual Conference

The Central Queensland Law Association is proud to bring you the 7th Annual CQ Law Association Conference.

This year we will be delivering a two-day program, with the Conference to be held at the Keppel Bay Sailing Club, 1 ANZAC Pde, Yeppoon

Subject to final arrangements being confirmed, the Conference program will entail the following: 

Friday 5th September, 2025

• Full day of papers with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea provided by Keppel Bay Sailing Club

• Networking drinks on the Deck; and

• The Presidents Dinner at Riviera Yeppoon - Food & Beverage package consisting of a 3 course alternate drop meal & bar package. Menu as per below (dietary requirements can be accommodated):

Entrée:

Calamari Friti, Crispy Capers, Roquette Salad, Lemon Dill Aioli

Beef Albondigas, Romesco Sugo with Toasted Turkish

Main:

Lamb Cutlet, Moroccan Cous Cous, Tagine Sauce & Harissa Yoghurt

Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breast, Potato Mille, Greens, Lemon Caper Beurre Blanc

Dessert:

Pavlova, White Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Coulis, Freeze Dried Strawberry

Riviera Tiramisu, Biscotti Soil, Hazelnut Gelato

Saturday 6th September, 2025

• Half day of papers with morning tea provided by Keppel Bay Sailing Club; and

• Afternoon at a private Long Lunch on the Yeppoon Beachfront, with a 4 course menu supplied by Chef Roel Van Camp of Amuse Dining with paired Champagne, Beer, Wine & Cocktails.
