CrACN’s Micro-Funding Pitch Night

Join us for a fun, community-powered evening where five Creative Assembly members will each have just 3 minutes to pitch their creative idea — whether it’s an individual project, group initiative, or something from a local organisation. All art forms are welcome, and the idea with the most audience votes will walk away with $500 to make it happen!

This volunteer-led event is all about connection, creativity, and community support.

Your ticket includes the chance to vote and the option to enjoy a warming bowl of soup and a bread roll. Choose from:

• $15 – Soup (vegetarian or non-vegetarian) + bread roll + vote. If you would like soup, you MUST order your tickets online to allow for catering 3 days before the event.

• $10 – No soup, just the vote (also available at the door)

Please note: As this is a volunteer-run event, we’re unable to accommodate specific dietary requirements — but feel free to BYO food if needed.

We’re simplifying things for our Micro-Funding Pitch Night on Thursday 22 May.

Instead of tickets and soup, it’s now a free, BYO event — just rock up, bring a snack or drink if you like, and be ready to vote for your favourite creative pitch! ✨

It’ll still be a fun, relaxed night where 5 local creatives each get 3 minutes to pitch their idea. The audience (that’s you!) decides who walks away with the $500.

We’re keeping it low-key, low-cost, and full of heart — hope to see you there!
