Crafted Harvest - French Belgian Fusion

Join us for our French Belgian Fusion edition of Crafted Harvest this July! Shining some light on our love affair and inspirational history of these famously great flavours and techniques in both cooking and brewing!

Held in our gorgeously warm beer hall we bring you a 5-course meal created with local seasonal produce inspired by and paired perfectly with head brewer, Nathan's favorite French and Belgian beers. As usual our Head Chef Dylan works closely with producers and Nathan to curate a spectacular menu, and presents each course to the group throughout the evening to describe his passion, process and answer those burning questions you have.

This is a refined yet relaxed evening of fancy food and beer pairing hosted by the dynamic duo, Head brewer Nathan, and Chef Dylan.
