Crafternoon Tea
Event description
Calling all microvolunteers, and anyone interested in learning more about microvolunteering ...
Let's kickstart a new month by spending an afternoon together online, getting crafty for a cause!
Join us, from the comfort of your home, to catch-up and connect with other microvolunteers, and enjoy a dash of microvolunteering.
During the session, you may like to:
- repurpose old clothing into tug toys for animals at the SPCA
- hand-make cards for lonely residents in local rest homes
- decorate art pieces for children in hospital
You need your own supplies (don't worry - just some paper/cardstock and colouring pens for the first two activities, and some old clothing/fabric if you're making tug toys), and we'll provide you with whatever support and guidance you need.
