Event description

CRAFTING STRATEGIC COLLABORATIONS THAT INNOVATE AND GENERATE BETTER BUSINESS OUTCOMES.

As part of this learning, we’re going to be working together to build real skill and insight into what valuable collaborations are in today’s market.

More importantly, we’re going to dig deeper and uncover how ready we are to take advantage of the opportunities around us, and the specific actions to be successful in this space.

By being part of this experience, you’ll be confident in not just saying “we need to collaborate”, you’ll have the skills, resources, processes and confidence to make it a reality.

Each participant will work with Kiikstart to create their own personalised, practical collaboration plan.

This online workshop consists of four different sessions.

Please note that to participate you must be able to attend all four sessions in order to be able to meet the expectations and outcomes for Kiikstart and eNVIsion BYMN.

Session 1: Friday 5th November, 10am – 1pm

Session 2: Friday 12th November, 10am – 1pm

Session 3: Friday 19th November, 10am – 1pm

Session 4: Friday 26th November, 10am – 1pm

OUTCOMES:

  • Designing a personalised and specific Collaboration Project Plan that allows you to fully utilise the creativity, ideas, and tactics gained throughout the project.

Note each participant will have two weeks to complete the final cut of the collaboration plan and drafts can be sent to Kiikstart prior. Think of it like your own personalised strategic sounding board.
