In this powerful safe space, we will be sharing the science of, and the psychology behind vision boarding, and also giving you guidance on how to work out exactly what you want (and how to clear out those thoughts that make you doubt whether you can have it).

Many of us have created vision boards in the past that have done nothing more than gather dust and remind us of all the things we can’t have … and that’s because what we created wasn’t a vision board, it was a crafty collage.

In regards to lunch, we are right on the cafe strip, so we'll give you some time to wander down and buy something OR you are also welcome to bring your lunch with you if you'd prefer..

We'll put on all day tea, coffee and water and light snacks as well.

All you need to bring are the images you want to add to your board. (Once you grab your ticket, we'll email you a list of suggestions that'll help you a lot. We'll also have some images and magazines there on the day that you can sift through, cut up and be inspired with.)
