Budgets are a part of business as they can teach you how to see patterns in your business as well as analyse information. Creating a marketing budget is separate to an overall budget and helps us plan marketing strategies for the year ahead. Some strategies cost money and others don’t.

Join presenter Sana Turnock in this business education session as she identifies the importance of a marketing budget, when and how to plan for one. By the end of the session, you will be able to reflect on your business and have made a start on creating a simple marketing budget that reflects current business revenue. A plan like this helps you become organised and focus on your yearly goals. A good business skill to have!
