Create & Play: Art in Nature

This event by Play Naturally OT and Bronwyn Paynter Nature OT is delivered by two occupational therapist and welcomes children and adults of all ages. Join us for a playful and relaxed adventure creating art in the beautiful Belair National Park! 

You will be guided through sensory nature connection activities to create art with nature, notice art in nature, help you connect with nature and have some fun! These activities are an opportunity to calm your busy minds and engage your senses - including listening, touching, smelling, tasting and seeing as we allow ourselves to just ‘be’ in nature.

Engaging in nature connection and art supports numerous health and wellbeing benefits helping us to function at our best. In a world where people of all ages are increasingly disconnected from nature, a deliberate nature-based experience such as this can help us access the health and wellbeing benefits of nature for ourselves and for the planet - while having fun!

All children need to attend with an adult who will need to be responsible for their supervision and safety in nature. This event is open to adults and children of all abilities, please contact Prue at Play Naturally OT with questions on accessibility. 

You will be given detailed directions of Belair National Park and meeting area via text or email in week prior to event!
