Create Space Inductions – Yellamundie Library
Event description
The Create Space at Yellamundie Library is a free, multipurpose digital-content creation room designed for creative and technical minds to film, record, edit, and produce. Suitable for both beginners and experts, it supports personal, commercial, and non-profit projects of all sizes.
To start using the Create Space, you must attend an induction session. You will learn how to book the room, what equipment is available for use, relevant safety requirements, and a hand-on demonstration of selected technologies.
Induction Dates, Times & Demonstrations:
All sessions run from 10:00am – 11:45am
This session is aimed at participants aged 16 years and over.

- Thursday 20 February - Introduction to Podcasting - Recording with Microphones
- Thursday 28 February - Introduction to Podcasting - Using a lapel microphone
- Thursday 6 March - Introduction to Sewing Machines - Sewing Machine Safety
- Thursday 13 March - Introduction to Video - Recording video with a camera
- Thursday 20 March - Introduction to Sewing Machines - Sewing a Tote Bag
- Thursday 27 March - Introduction to Video - Using your phone to make great video
