In this recorded workshop, I will guide you through a framework to support you in setting up a sacred space that allows you to drop in deep and connect with those parts of yourself that might feel a little quiet amongst the noise of the over-active mind. Your heart, your body, your intuition - all these sacred and powerful portals that you already have access to and that hold a well of wisdom. 

While this blueprint provides you with the necessary components for creating a safe and connected space, there is also room for you to play, explore and tune in to YOUR unique needs at any given time. I will walk you through how to access this inner knowing using your senses and intuition as a guide. This workshop is designed to give you the tools to create your own ritual that can be adapted to the ebbs and flows of life. Whether it's a 10 minute or 45 minute practice. Whether you're in solitude or looking after little ones - my intention is that after our session, you know the pieces of the puzzle to create a powerful ritual and you also know how to tune in to your own inner knowing so that you can morph and adapt the to fit your ever-changing needs and seasons of life.

This ritual can be accompanied by whatever is calling you - it might be ceremonial cacao, or it might be chamomile tea, coconut water, blue lotus tea, turmeric latte, holding onto a favourite crystal, a mudra, or a simple (yet powerful) hand on heart. I trust the wisdom of your body and you should too! So bring along whatever feels true for you and perhaps as we're journeying you will uncover the reason why you were feeling called to a particular herb, crystal, mudra etc. 

I have personally been journeying with Ceremonial Cacao for over 5 years, particularly more closely for the past year and a half. I have such deep reverence for Mama Cacao as a plant medicine - not only is Ceremonial Cacao a secret superfood and taste delicious, but it holds ancient codes, it helps us connect in with our hearts and quieten the mind. She supports our immune system and health, seeing the magic in the mundane, seeing the beauty that surrounds us with fresh and keen eyes, bringing in softness and grace, facilitates gentle yet powerful transformation in our lives and brings up emotions that need to be cleared.
