EARLY-BIRD RETREAT REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR MY APRIL 2027 RETREAT! ALL PRICES INCREASE BY $25 AFTER SEPTEMBER 1, 2026.

Happy Valley Conference Center, nestled between Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley, is the perfect destination for you to do the things YOU love to do! There is NO agenda for the weekend except for YOUR agenda! The food is fantastic, the setting serene, and the focused time away, invaluable! This retreat is a 3-night minimum weekend (either Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday) with the option to add on the 4th night. Pricing is as follows:

Thursday 3pm-Sunday 3pm OR Friday 3pm-Monday 3pm: $500
Thursday 3pm-Monday 3pm: $620

Also, if you are looking for a short, one-night option, feel free to register for Sunday-Monday!

1-night option: Sunday 2PM-Monday 3PM ($180)

(If you would like to just come for two-nights, Fri-Sun, please sign up for one of the options above and put a note in your registration that you are hoping for two nights, and I will see what I can do.)

Your retreat cost includes all meals (except for Thursday dinner for those arriving Thursday), accommodations in rooms that sleep 2-4* guests, and a full 6' table for crafting. (For those planning to arrive Friday, there is also the option to add on a 9 AM early arrival time Friday for an extra $35, which includes Friday lunch.)

Your minimal on-line deposit of $25 here on Humantix is NON-REFUNDABLE, but will be applied to the final cost of your retreat. Once you have registered, I will send you an invoice with your final bill and detailed info on how to make your final payment.

Final payments will be due by FEB 15, 2027. Feel free to make payments of smaller amounts between now and then, if that is helpful.

CANCELLATION POLICY: NO refunds of deposits will be given. Once your payment has been made in full, you can receive a FULL refund (minus the $25 deposit) up until one month prior to retreat, a 50% refund until two weeks prior to the retreat, and no refunds can be given within two weeks of the retreat start date (but a retreat credit may be given towards a future event).
