    Event description

    In this workshop, you will learn the essential elements of a successful campaign, from creating a compelling story to developing memorable characters. You will also learn how to run engaging sessions and keep your players entertained.

    Whether you are a new GM or an experienced one, this workshop will give you the tools you need to create a campaign that your players will love.

    Topics covered:

    • Creating a compelling story
    • Developing memorable characters
    • Running engaging sessions
    • Keeping players entertained
    • Overcoming challenges
    • Handling unexpected events

    Participants will be given a template that they can use to jumpstart their campaign.

    HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS

    This class is available to take either:

    • In Person at our Shop at 547 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair, NJ 07042
    • Online Virtually on Zoom. 

    IN PERSON CLASS

    In Person Class session takes place at our shop located at 547 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair NJ. Materials and tools will be provided during the class.

    VIRTUAL CLASS

    Virtual Classes take place online using Zoom. Participants will receive a link to participate live in the class and a PDF of the Campaign template.

    APPROPRIATE AGES FOR PARTICIPATION 

    This class is appropriate for Adults, Teens, and Children to participate in. Participants must be at least 12 years old or older and can work independently. If a participant needs a caretaker or parent to assist with the project the assisting person does not need a ticket. 

    CLASS PARTICIPATION

    This is a Live event. Participants must attend on the scheduled date and time of the class in order to partake. There is no recorded session available for replay. It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact us prior to the event if they are unable to attend for any reason. If we as the Organizers need to reschedule an event there is no rescheduling fee, and participants will be notified of any changes.

    CANCELATION & RESCHEDULING

    Participants are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted 7 days in advance of the class date. Participants who submit a request 6 days or less in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or an opportunity to apply credit to a future class. If participants cancel the day of the class or do not show up during the class time they are ineligible for a refund.

    INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION

    If you live outside of the United States there is an additional fee to ship DIY kits. Participants are responsible for any duty fees, customs fees, or any additional fees associated with receiving their DIY Kits. If a participant chooses to get a DIY Kit it is the participant’s responsibility to make sure their country can receive packages from the US.
