Creating a Podcast for Impact

In this session I will share everything I've learned in running seeds podcast www.theseeds.nz since 2017.  Now with almost 300 interviews and more than 135,000 listens it is having an impact.  Could you start one too?

I will be sharing along the theme of "Innovation in Equity", exploring innovative ways of addressing equity and equitable learning.  A podcast is a great tool to be able to do this. 

But what equipment is best, how do you select guests, what does it take to edit, how do you promote your podcast?
