Risk is inherent when running a business. Knowing how to identify and mitigate these risks is critical to protecting the business. Developing a robust risk management plan will help you prepare for any scenario such as interest rate rises, economic outlooks and the impact from global events.
This workshop will guide you through the process of preparing a risk management plan from assessing the business situation to working through scenarios and identifying potential measures you can put in place.

- Understanding the dynamics of the market
- Identifying the forces that impact your business
- Considering and outlining a range of scenarios that could affect your business
- Developing trigger point budgeting to understand situations where you need to take action
- Creating your one page risk management plan

Bookings are limited to two tickets each, however you can make more than one booking. If you are booking for more than one person, please provide each person's email address so they receive our emails with important links and downloads.

If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking from the update order button on your order confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
