Event description
Creating Labyrinths is a community gathering drawing on the ancient practice and guide of the labyrinth. The winding well of the warren's walls is a reminder for us to walk our path while embracing the mystery of life while centring your experience.
Together we'll:
- Uncover how the labyrinth has been used as an ancient birth map and universal guide for self processing
- Create your own clay labyrinth to take home (a symbol to place upon your altar/birth altar)
- Establish a meditation practice using the labyrinth for ongoing self enquiry and discovery
Although this workshop will focus on birth, it is not limited to this experience. Labyrinths can be used in times of traversing preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, illness, death and adversity.
