Event description

Join Helen Abel and Shelley Schwartz for a 4-week social therapeutic group. Drawing on their expertise in leading meaningful conversations and creating environments for growth, Helen and Shelley invite you to explore and reshape how we relate to aging—and how others relate to us.

Together, we’ll discover and improvise creative ways to experience aging, respond to illness and physical changes, give and receive care, and continue developing throughout our lives.

This group is open to anyone interested in shifting the experience of aging from one marked by loss, fear, and stigma to one rooted in joy, connection, and growth.

Sessions held virtually, on Zoom, on Saturdays, September 13th, 20th, October 4th and 11th (at 1PM Eastern US Time - click dates for times in your part of the world)
