PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION FOR THIS WORKSHOP IS THE ROS CRICHTON ROOM (not the North Sydney Community Centre). Located in Ted Mack Civic Park right near the Council Chambers Car Park.
Connected through Nature: Creating Wellbeing is a series of free creative workshops offered by North Sydney Council and facilitated by eco-artists from the Tree Veneration Society. Enjoy the opportunity to connect with nature through gentle, creative activities including drawing, painting or stitching. Participants can explore mark-making using a variety of materials, drawing inspiration from the natural world; leaves, trees, feathers, flowers and the sky.
These workshops are for adults (18 years +) and offer a relaxed space to be creative and meet other people in a welcoming and supportive setting.
Activities vary each month and may include drawing, painting, stitching with a theme inspired by nature.
No previous art experience is necessary
All materials are provided
Bookings for each workshop are essential
Cancellations and no-shows
Please ensure you are available to attend before registering for this free workshop. If you do need to cancel, we ask for a minimum of 7 days' notice. If you are a no-show for two sessions or cancel with less than 7 days notice, you may not be able to re-book for creative workshops this season.
