You’ll be held in a supportive space by professional facilitator and embodiment coach Chris Kenworthy.

Mistakes, nerves, perfectionism and general human messiness are welcome.

➡️ These workshops happen every first Wednesday of the month at Creative Harrogate.

This workshop lasts approximately 90 minutes and spaces are deliberately limited to 12 people to keep things cosy and comfortable.

The workshop will be a mix of whole group, pair and small group exercises. These will be seated or standing, with occasional gentle movement and plenty of sharing and reflection.
