A Living Journey Rooted in Wisdom, Belonging, and Collective Care

Overview:

This course is a living journey of community care and well-being, rooted in ancient wisdom, decolonial practice, and collective belonging.

It is created for:

Black and People of Colour + QTBPOC community

BPOC identities include:

Black, African, and or a part of Africa’s Global Diaspora Caribbean, Afro-Latino/a Multi-racial, multi-ethnic, bi-racial, or mixed Asian, South Asian,

Allies are welcome by invitation friends / community member welcomes you in, and vouches for the connection, and holds accountability with you !

Together, we will explore life’s full cycle from birth to death, from cradle to grave gathering in rhythm with the moon and the seasons.

we are anchored at the start by in-person gatherings at the beginning and end of the journey.and in between we journey we will move through 6 months of online workshops,!!

Our Foundational Intentions :

Care is communal
Honoring the full season of life: birth, growth, death, thresholds in between,
Acknowledging our lineages: the gifts and the struggles we carry.
Recognizing interconnections and intersectionality.
No colonial systems or privileges at the center.
Walking with a decolonial lens: returning to ancient wisdom as a compass
Rooted in reality, not bypassing: holding both struggle and joy, grief and laughter, light and dark

Course Rhythm

🌕 Opening In-Person Gathering

Date: Weekend of 4 December 2025 (just after the Full Moon in Gemini)

Location: West Wales (St Davids area)

A time of presence, story, ritual, and planting seeds together.

🌗 Online Workshops (Waxing Moons)

Schedule: Monthly, January – June 2026

Time: 7:00 – 8:30 pm (UK)

Format: 1.5-hour teaching circles during the waxing moon phase

Different Facilitators:
Community-based, bringing practices in movement, arts, sound, care, food, well-being, herbs, storytelling and ancestral knowledge.

🌕 Closing In-Person Gathering

Date: Thursday , August 27, 2026.

Event: Full Moon (Sturgeon Moon) and a Partial Lunar Eclipse on the 28th occurs at 12:18 AM.

Visibility: The partial lunar eclipse will be visible in the UK.(Full Moon in Aquarius)

Celebration, harvest, and integration of the journey.

The Essence of this course is not only about learning but about a living community.

It honors the wisdom we each carry, the diversity of our stories, and the possibility of weaving new worlds.

At its heart, this is a journey of:

Care, tending to ourselves, each other, and the earth

Wholeness, embracing all of life

Transformation, moving through cycles with truth and Rootedness
