Creative Chai Circles - Wellness through Art

Creative Chai Circles is a gentle, soul-nourishing workshop series designed to encourage open-hearted conversation through the power of art. Over a warm cup of chai, participants are guided through creative painting and journaling activities that spark self-reflection, emotional expression, and meaningful connection.

These circles offer a supportive space for women to unwind, share stories, and explore their inner world through colour and conversation. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to show up as you are. Come sip, paint, and connect as you journey toward healing and transformation with others in a calm and culturally inclusive setting.

The sessions are designed for an 18+ audience. Each session will be accompanied by a topic to discuss for health and wellness outcomes.
