FAQs
- What is CCC?
The Creative Cities Convention was founded in 2018 in response to the rapid growth of the screen sector outside London, echoing a desire felt across the political and industry spectrum to better reflect communities across the UK. We're an annual event and visit a different city each year.
- Who is CCC for?
The CCC is the UK’s only meeting place for creative people working in film, TV and digital outside London
- When will the programme be available?
The full programme will be released a few weeks before the event. Stay tuned for updates on our website and socials or sign up to our newsletter to receive the latest information.
- Where is the event?
The Glasgow Royal Concert Halls, 2 Sauchiehall Street, G2 3NY.
Please enter the venue at the North Entrance, located on Killermont Street.
- What is the Skills Summit?
A free two-day training event running alongside the main Convention with hands-on sessions, masterclasses with leading names from TV, film, digital and content creation, and direct access to potential employers. In 2027 it shares a roof with the Convention for the first time.
Places are free but must be booked, and each of the two days is open to a different group - in previous years these have included early and mid-career freelancers, students and new entrants.
We’ll confirm who each Glasgow day is for in early 2027.
(CCC tickets don't give access to the Skills Summit)
