CREATIVE COMMUNITIES – AN UPDATE FOR THE NORTHERN RIVERS REGION
Join Create NSW for a dedicated briefing for the Northern Rivers region on the NSW Government's 10-year policy for arts, culture and the creative industries, Creative Communities. This will be an in-person presentation for our sector.
Annette Pitman, Chief Executive of Create NSW will provide background on the way consultation across the Northern Rivers influenced the new policy as well as an update on its implementation. She will also speak about the regional arts, culture and creative industries strategy due to commence by end of year.

This event is being hosted and produced by Arts Northern Rivers with support from Lismore Regional Gallery. Please note – Lismore Regional Gallery is not currently open to the public. The event space is wheelchair accessible, and there is an accessible toilet available. Guests will be invited to preview the newly transformed building ahead of the public reopening in late September.
