Come along for our weekly get together in Boonah with Jo & Anna.  We're a welcoming, inclusive group - you'll experience a lovely balance of social and time for inner reflection.  

To begin each class, we use an essential oil and a breathing practise.  You'll discover the 4-breath technique to calm your mind.

Anna will introduce you to essential oils for wellness, promoting inner health in natural ways so you can enjoy a healthier, more vibrant you!
