Creative First Aid: Mental Health Month

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Did you know that 15 minutes of drawing something as simple as a stick figure can reduce anxiety?

October is Mental Health Month and the theme this year is 'Tune In'.

Tune in for some creative exercises that will incorporate meditation, art therapy, journaling and group connection.

We will meet every Tuesday evening via Zoom at 7:00pm Sydney, Australia time. To find out what time that is your local area visit this timezone converter website.

You will need some basic art supplies like pens, pencils, crayons, pastels, watercolour paint, colouring pens, blank paper and/or a journal. If you like collaging, feel free to get old magazines too!

Join the entire 4 workshops as a series for $60 (sale ends October 5th or until tickets run out) or join one class for $25.

*This is not an art class. There is no such thing as being "bad at art" - it's all about freedom of expression and letting go of the need to be perfect. Everyone is welcome as they are.
