This workshop is designed to introduce you to the joy of creating an individual Creative Journaling practice, and the impact it can have as a regular habit of play, meditation, release and delight.We will undertake a range of exercises together exploring meditative mark making, playful and observational drawing as well as collaging exercises that can become part of daily creativity and self-care. We will look at examples of different approaches to creative journals including some of the Journals created for the Australian Design Centre’s 2020 initiative design/isolate curated by Lisa Cahill.
Materials required: paper, pencils/pens, scissors, glue.
