Kids Art Classes – Term 3

Get ready for a creative and inspiring Term 4 with our Kids Art Classes! Starting Wednesday, October 15th, these weekly sessions are designed to spark imagination and develop artistic skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Class Schedule:+

Homeschoolers (All Ages): 1 - 2pm

Afterschool Classes:

• Ages 5–9: 3:30–4:30 pm

Term Schedule:

The Imaginarium: A 10 Week Art Journey

Weeks 1–2: The Realm of Creatures (Drawing & Clay)

Through fun drawing games and imaginative prompts, kids invent their own fantastical creatures — then bring them to life with modelling clay creations.

Weeks 3–4: The Adventure of Patterns (Decoupage)

Using colourful papers, textures, and layering, children design decorated objects and collaged artworks filled with pattern and story.

Weeks 5–6: The World of Wonders (Paper Mâché)

Build and paint imaginative sculptures — masks, treasure boxes, or guardians of the Imaginarium — to bring big 3D ideas to life.

Weeks 7–8: The Land of Dreams (Watercolour)

Explore magical watercolour techniques — salt crystals, wax resist, bubble prints, and more — to create glowing dreamscapes and enchanted skies.

Weeks 9–10: The Final Quest (Independent Project)

In the last two weeks, kids dream up and create their own project — combining their favourite mediums (or trying something entirely new!) to showcase everything they’ve learned.

We will be hosting a showcase at the end of the term to display all the children's work and creations!
