Adults Living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) & Other Neurological Conditions

Join us for our Creative Living Series – Spring 2026, a gently guided, nature-inspired series designed for adults living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and other neurological conditions.

Hosted by Greenspace Gigs, these small-group experiences focus on connection, creativity and wellbeing in a relaxed, welcoming, non-clinical environment. There is no pressure to be artistic or "get it right"—our focus is on enjoying the creative process, exploring new experiences, connecting with others who understand, and celebrating the small moments along the way.

Inspired by the season of renewal, each two-hour experience encourages curiosity, self-expression and gentle growth through creative exploration, seasonal themes, meaningful connection, light refreshments and a supportive peer environment.

Transform an ordinary plant pot into a one-of-a-kind character full of personality using colour, creative materials and playful expression. Finish by planting a living reminder of growth, joy and new beginnings to take home.

Create a colourful mosaic artwork, explore the vibrant effects of alcohol ink painting, and personalise your creation with a meaningful positive affirmation to inspire and encourage you beyond the session.

Design and create your own unique jewellery piece using a beautiful selection of beads, colours and materials while enjoying a relaxed, gently guided creative experience.
