It was a beautiful experience
I felt a little more like my old self today because I got to pause and focus on nothing at all.

Join us on the farm for a Creative Pause — a day designed to bring together women living and working in rural and agricultural communities.
Take time away from the demands of daily life to slow down, connect with others, and enjoy a creative experience surrounded by flowers. Guests will wander the flower fields, harvest seasonal blooms, and create a beautiful floral arrangement to take home, all while sharing a relaxed farm-style lunch.
This Creative Pause will feature psychologist Jen O'Meara, who is passionate about supporting women's mental wellbeing through life's many seasons and challenges. Together, we'll explore the realities of overwhelm, isolation, burnout and the invisible load so many women carry, particularly in rural communities.
Whether you're a farmer, farm partner, agricultural worker, or connected to the agricultural industry, this event offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, connect, and invest in your wellbeing alongside other women who understand the unique challenges and rewards of rural life.
Your ticket includes:
• Guided flower harvesting in the Meadowbrooke flower fields
• A seasonal floral arranging workshop
• Farm-style lunch
• Guest speaker Jen O'Meara
• Meaningful connection and conversation with other rural women
• A beautiful floral creation to take home
